Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Glass Procurement Buyer/Analyst Internfor 6 months from January to End of June 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will support the preparation of a global call for tender on a wide perimeter arising from our Global Glass procurement strategy, working alongside the Global Category Managers and the Global Buyer analyst to mainly work with the Global Team on the tender that will be launched in July 2026. You will also participate in all procurement processes (SRM, Business Reviews, supplier reviews, meetings & negotiations, data analysis, and internal & external team rituals.
Your key missions:
Support Global Glass Category Procurement Strategy Execution
- You will help preparing the global tender, drafting documents, supporting contract building, and preparing evaluation documents to ensure alignment with the category objectives.
- You will provide analytical insights to drive key procurement decisions, including cost optimization and sustainability initiatives.
- You will support the global buyer in the project management of the tender preparation & assist in the preparation of presentations, supplier meetings and action planning
- You will be a key element in developing the next steps to support the team with critical data analysis to drive key decisions e.g. spend management and analysis & sustainability.
- Assist in collecting and updating supplier risks in line with compliance requirements
Data Analysis & Reporting
- You will prepare data-driven reports, charts, and presentations to provide a clear picture of procurement activities.
- You will support in data analysis on global suppliers, and how they can grow with Pernod Ricard.
- You will ensure compliance with company procurement standards and supplier compliance.
Cross-Functional Support
- You will support cross-functional teams, such as Sustainability, Operations & Legal in aligning procurement efforts with broader company objectives.
- You will assist in internal procurement communications and stakeholders engagement with our worldwide network.
- You will collaborate with other direct procurement categories, offering assistance as required.

- You are pursuing a master's degree in engineering or business, ideally specialized in Procurement or Data Analysis.
- You are data-driven, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are organized, attentive to details, with a can do mentality, proactive.
- You are open-minded, curious and keen to learn new things, ready to help and take responsibility for initiatives
- Strong communication skills; good team spirit
- Highly organized
- You speak fluent English & French. You will be speaking English & French most of your time. A high level in both is mandatory.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
