Then you might be our new Communications Manager for JYSK France!
As our Communications Manager, you'll take the lead in developing and managing all communication activities in France. You'll be the guardian of the JYSK story - making sure our values and vision come across in everything we say and do.
You'll work closely with our international communications team, HR and retail colleagues to strengthen JYSK's reputation both externally and internally.
External Communication & PR
- Develop and execute localized strategies, leveraging omnichannel approaches for customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers and media partners.
- Share stories and create press releases that highlight JYSK's products, people, values and sustainability initiatives and ensure consistent, positive media visibility.
Employer Branding (in partnership with HR)
- Develop compelling stories that showcase JYSK as a great place to work.
- Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives from concept to launch.
Internal Communication
- Keep our teams across France informed and inspired with relevant updates and success stories.
- Help strengthen internal communication flows and tools.
Social Media & Digital Storytelling
- Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content for both external and internal channels.
- Support crisis communication and online reputation management when needed.
Le profil recherché
- You're a skilled communicator with a degree in Communication, PR, Journalism or similar.
- You have several years of experience in corporate or retail communication.
- You know the French market and have a network and/or are able to build a strong network
- You're fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- You know how to tell a story that resonates - from press releases to social media posts.
- You're creative, hands-on and able to manage several projects at once.
