The role
As the Global Business Analyst, you'll play a central role in shaping commercial strategies and unlocking value at the intersection of data analytics, CRM insights and business performance. You'll combine your expertise in Power BI and Salesforce.com to provide deep analytical support across global animal nutrition markets, enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest levels.

- Hybrid, home-based in Western European countries
- Min 25% of working time spent on regular travel to our Head Office in Antony near Paris, France and other countries as required

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights by analysing sales, pricing and customer data.
- Leverage Salesforce.com for CRM analysis, pipeline performance tracking, and strategic account planning
- Develop interactive KPIs dashboards in Power BI for commercial incentive plans and performance monitoring
- Build and manage reporting systems to improve sales process, pipeline management, and customer engagement
- Enhance pricing strategy through market benchmarking and scenario modelling across global product lines
- Support and lead cross-functional, high-impact projects in commercial excellence and strategic planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Regions, and Strategic Business Units to align commercial priorities
- Centralise and standardise validated data sets to be used company-wide.
- Present data-driven findings to senior leadership in a compelling and strategic format
Role Specification
- Strengthen sales force effectiveness through segmentation, targeting, sizing, performance analytics, and compensation plans
- Enhance the Global Key Accounts roadmap using internal KPIs and external market insights
- Administer global Sales Incentive Compensation Plans including tracking, payouts, and exception processes
- Maximise CRM system usage to enhance sales process, call planning, and forecasting.
- Monitor performance management systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Model business scenarios that factor in commercial data
- Act as Client Data Owner for commercial operations and partner with the Chief Data Officer on technological change projects
Qualifications
Experience & Background Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Economics, Data Science, or Market Research
- 3+ years in commercial analysis, marketing, sales operations, or market insight roles
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and analytical tools (Tableau, SQL, Python is a plus)
- Prior experience in animal health, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, nutrition, or medical devices is a strong asset
- Languages: Fluent English (must), and any additional language (French, Chinese, or Spanish) would be an asset.
