Our client is a company specialized in industrial solutions, operating both in France and internationally. This internationally oriented company is a recognized leader in its field, delivering reliable and high-performance services adapted to the operational and strategic challenges of its clients.In the context of its carve-out from a listed company toward a private equity, Company is building a new financial organization having extended responsibilities. The primary objective of the position is to contribute to structure a solid and reliable financial reporting and consolidation processes throughout the company.
Monthly Consolidation 
- Lead the monthly group consolidation process across all entities. 
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidated financial data. 
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP. 
- Support the preparation of management reporting packages. 
 
Local Financial Statement Review 
- Review statutory financial statements prepared by local finance teams. 
- Ensure consistency with group accounting policies and standards. 
- Provide guidance and support to local teams on accounting treatments, closing procedures and implementation of new accounting standards and policies. 
 External Audit Coordination 
- Act as the key point of contact for external auditors. 
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for financial reporting processes. 
- Coordinate audit timelines, deliverables, and responses across entities. 
- Ensure timely completion of group and local audits. 
- Address audit findings and support remediation actions. 
Process Improvement & Systems 
- Contribute to the improvement of consolidation and reporting tools. 
- Support automation and standardization initiatives across finance processes. 
- Assist in ERP and consolidation system enhancements.
Le profil recherché
Experience & knowledge / Experience & Savoir-Faire: 
 
- 5 years of experience in finance, with mandatory experience in external audit of consolidated entities 
- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes. 
- Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle - IFS is a must) and consolidation tools.
