At our site in Belley (Rhône-Alpes region, France), we develop, produce, and deliver Compact Excavators (CEX) up to 6 tons for all European and many International markets.
To strengthen our multicultural team, we are looking for an experienced, passionate Leader who works comfortably across the value chain and takes ownership of the cross-functional area of Operations.
As Head of Operations Compact Excavators you will be expected to drive the production strategy, primarily by being a key player in the field, to ensure operational excellence, assembly flow performance, and the continuous transformation of the Operations scope. The position combines business expertise, team management, performance management, and contribution to strategic decisions within the site management team.

1. Business expertise and operational mastery

- Day-to-day operational management

4. Participation in strategic decisions and governance
- Contributing to steering meetings

- Field reporting and monitoring
Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:
- Higher education degree (5 years of higher education) in engineering, industrial management, or equivalent.
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in the operational management of a production line or assembly line, with a strong field component.
- Advanced technical expertise in production management, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Field leadership, ability to unite and motivate operational teams.
- Strong field orientation, pragmatism, and ability to act quickly in the face of unforeseen events.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools, visual management, and process digitalization.
