- Complete waterproofing and roofing work on new constructions.
- Conduct moss removal and cleaning regularly to preserve roofs.
- Carry out inspections and maintenance to ensure material durability.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in waterproofing projects.
- Proficiency in roofing new builds with efficiency and care.
- Skilled in roof maintenance, including expertise in demossing.
- Mandatory CAP Roofer certification for quality assurance.
