Title: Territory Account Manager
Missions:
- Promote the company's offerings and services to drive sales.
- Negotiate development contracts, including year-end discounts.
- Ensure negotiated terms and backend margins are upheld.
- Manage outstanding payments and payment delays.
- Validate low-margin exclusions and track year-end rebates.
- Coordinate brand development actions and create dashboards for quotations and billing (monthly or quarterly reporting).
- Relay marketing operations and foster synergy between brands for cross/up-selling.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) with fluent English.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in manufacturer/publisher processes and partner programs.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturer/publisher offerings, strategies, and market positioning.
- Willingness to participate in internal/external sales training.
Personal Qualities:
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, autonomous, and teamwork skills.
- Natural sales talent with a passion for client management and prospecting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Organization & Tools:
- Report weekly activity, update pipeline processes, calendar, and results tracking (billing/backlog/quotations analysis).
