Job Summary:
Integrated into the Paid division of one of Primelis' Business Units and a true expert on all aspects of referencing, your mission will consist of supervising a team of Paid consultants, as well as supporting a portfolio of the agency's premium clients in the management of their paid acquisition.
Objectives:
- Manage a portfolio of 1 or 2 of the agency's premium clients and support them on a daily basis in the development and implementation of their acquisition strategy.
- Manage a team of on average 4 consultants
- Develop the skills of the consultants in your team on the different acquisition levers
- Guarantee the quality of support for the clients of your team
- Regularly participate in pre-sales
- Get involved in the agency's structural projects (team leadership, process evolution, R&D, etc.)
Key Responsabilities
- Project management:
    - Autonomous management of a client portfolio
    - Manage the acquisition strategies of Key Account clients
    - Collaboration framework: Internal kick-off and client kick-off
    - Paid Reporting: preparation and facilitation of weekly calls, preparation and presentation of monthly client reports, preparation and presentation of quarterly reviews
    - Framing the production of the team's deliverables
    - Accompany consultants during meetings with their clients
    - Supervise the production of services
- Operational:
    - Guarantee the operational excellence of the team
    - Co-create deliverables for the team's strategic clients
    - Optimization of platforms: monitoring the set-up and the various recurring optimizations listed in the client's Asana
    - Paid monitoring and alerting: set-up of performance monitoring and tools available
- Strategy:
    - Definition of the acquisition strategy
- Monitoring/knowledge sharing:
    - Ensure and share monitoring: operational monitoring on the acquisition universe (organic or paid)
    - Feedback: sharing feedback with other consultants in the division
- Sales:
    - Participate in pre-sales: work on pre-audits and recommendations as part of participation in calls for tender or in the pre-sales phase, participate in sales meetings
- Management:
    - Carry out onboarding and ensure the integration of new employees
    - Conduct weekly One to Ones with each consultant
    - Prepare and facilitate quarterly meetings
    - Prepare and facilitate annual reviews
- Recruitment:
    - Participate in case study feedback interviews
- Skills Management / Training:
    - Develop training materials
    - Deliver training

- Have significant experience in a Senior Paid Consultant position
- Be autonomous in managing the agency's key accounts (major accounts)
- Have strong operational excellence and a mastery of business challenges
- Have a desire to develop in management and production monitoring
