Join our Shared Service Center (BEST France) as Senior HR Finance Controller and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.
Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:
- Analysis & Reporting: Produce headcount, payroll cost analyses, and HR KPI dashboards to steer the business.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Build budgets and trend forecasts in collaboration with Finance, following Group standards.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Animate Real/Tendency/Budget follow-up meetings, present results and recommend cost optimisation actions.
- Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure HR data integrity, apply processes and calendar deadlines, and perform cost analyses to detect risks and opportunities.
We Are Looking For
You are results-oriented, autonomous and pragmatic, able to turn data into actionable recommendations. Key requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) and minimum 5 years' experience in HR controlling/finance.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong data analysis and HR KPI reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Solid focus on data quality and governance.
Nice-to-have: SAP knowledge and Shared Services/CSC exposure.
