YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE Ecosystem:
This internship will take place in Rueil Malmaison, at our headquarter starting from January 5th. Léna, Engagement & Knowledge manager in the team Danone Ecosystem will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:
Knowledge consolidation: Capture Danone Ecosystem Best-in-Class practices by developing key assets. You will Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translate knowledge into impactful infographics or trainings and support the engagement team with content for key events.
Further build Danone Ecosystem equity online : Help us further create a captivating online presence showcasing our impact.
- - Manage social media content through: Content deployment on LinkedIn and Danone internal social media, to consolidate and expand Danone Ecosystem community
To achieve the following you will need to: Develop appealing assets adapted to our different communication channels - Example:
You will alsosupport Danone Ecosystem team members to be vocal internally and externally and ensure agency / partners briefing when needed.
- Monitor Danone Ecosystem engagement plan and activities withmonthly reporting on activities to measure success of social medias activations and dissemination of knowledge assets according to the team's needs and the engagement strategy.
- Continue to lead the development of Danone Ecosystem's new website by integrating our latest assets and aligned with our new brand image; while building a strategy to maximize online presence and visibility.
Co-build Danone Ecosystem's flagship event: Contribute to the organization of the Ecosystem Days 2026, a three-day event gathering all Danone Ecosystem partners as well as Danone's top leadership.
To achieve the following you will need to support the logistics and coordination of all participants before and during the event. Collaborate with the team to design the agenda and structure the workshop sessions. Assist in the on-site production of content with guests (e.g., interviews, photos, videos) and help manage the event's branding and ensure a consistent and impactful visual identity throughout the venue and all materials.
IT MEANS WORKING CLOSELY WITH
Danone's sustainability, public affairs, communication, extra-financial teams - at local and global level - to ensure that Danone Ecosystem is connected to Danone's Dual Project
External partners, including creative agencies, and NGOs

INTERNSHIP : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

Available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months
At the level of Bac +4/5 in university, business school, or other relevant formation
Experience in communications, partnerships, marketing, project management
Strong sensibility to sustainability
Fluent with Digital media and network, digital saavy
English language skills: Fluent. French is a plus, but not mandatory
