This role is central to Sage's Winning in Europe initiative, ensuring our accounting products truly resonate with the French market.

You'll act as Sage's connector to the French accountant community, building relationships, driving local engagement, and championing the voice of the customer. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer who thrives on combining community insight, market knowledge, and creativity to make a tangible impact on awareness, adoption, and customer loyalty.

You'll collaborate closely with the regional PMM Lead, Product, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver tailored propositions and campaigns that strengthen Sage's position as the preferred partner for accountants across France.

Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Paris office. Responsabilités principalesWhat Will I Be Doing?

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving Sage's growth and visibility among accountants in France. You will:
-Lead the activation of Sage's core accounting products, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement.
-Build trusted relationships with accountants, associations, and professional bodies to raise Sage's profile and gather insights.
-Identify opportunities to strengthen Sage's market presence, stepping in where additional advocacy or localisation is needed.
-Develop localised messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to French accountant personas.
-Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and go-to-market strategies align with Sage's European vision.
-Enhance the customer journey from awareness through to retention, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
-Conduct market research and interviews to uncover emerging needs and growth opportunities within the French market.
-Monitor and respond to competitive activity to maintain Sage's differentiation and market leadership.
-Define commercial models, pricing, and packaging for local relevance and success.
-Represent the voice of the French accountant within global product and strategy discussions.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and strategic marketer who is fluent in both French and English and understands what drives success in the accounting profession. You'll bring experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or Commercial Strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS, fintech, or accounting software environment. You'll have a strong understanding of the French accounting landscape, a proven ability to activate products in local markets, and a flair for crafting compelling, customer-led stories.

You'll also need to be commercially minded, data-driven, and confident influencing across global and regional teams. The ability to translate insight into strategy, and strategy into execution, will be key to your success. Experience designing pricing frameworks, creating value-led propositions, and navigating matrix organisations will also be highly valuable. A willingness to travel across France for events, customer engagement, and go-to-market activity is essential.
