Join us as Junior Finance Master Data Analyst on a fixed-term contract and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.
Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:
Run and operations
- Ensure run activities for Group Finance Master Data: creations, updates, controls, and support.
- Manage key master data objects under your scope (e.g., ERP-to-reporting mappings, Business Units, Group Customers, Group Budgetary Natures), meeting SLAs.
Data quality and governance
- Apply defined data standards, validation rules, ownership/stewardship roles, and approval workflows.
- Assist in monitoring data quality KPIs, participate in root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Contribute to the documentation of master data models, processes, and controls; ensure audit readiness.
Strategy and roadmap
- Assist in translating needs into clear requirements and participate in delivery planning.
Project and change delivery
- Actively participate in project implementations across testing, training, and hypercare phases.
- Execute functional testing; participate in end-to-end process validation and acceptance.
- Support change management and training to secure adoption of new solutions.
Community and stakeholder management
- Collaborate as a partner with Controlling, Accounting, IT, and Data teams.
The skills that you will need to make an impact:
What you'll bring
- First experience with project management on finance domain or first experience in Finance
- Analytics/modelling skills to translate business needs into solutions.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset; excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- General understanding of financial processes (Controlling and Accounting) and their data implications.
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Languages: Fluent in English; French preferred.
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Bac +5).
And idealy
- SQL or scripting skills for data analysis/automation
- Exposure to service & agile management tools and processes (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow/Jira).
