As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security of our submarine networks. You will be part of a team responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity features across our infrastructure.

This includes:

- Security Equipment Management: Manage and configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.

- Secure Design and Architecture: Participate in the design and implementation of secure network architectures for submarine cable systems.

- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Incident Response: Respond to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery.

- Threat Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities relevant to submarine networks.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure the security of our systems.

Profil recherché

- Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and common protocols.
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English.

- Nice to Have:
- Experience with submarine cable systems or telecommunications networks.
- Knowledge of cryptography and encryption technologies.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security.
