Les missions du poste
En tant que Financial Analyst de la Direction des Systèmes d'information, vous définissez, organisez, mettez en oeuvre et contrôler l'exécution des processus financiers nécessaires au sein de la DSI en collaboration avec tous les acteurs de cette structure, pour répondre à la politique et aux orientations stratégiques choisies.
Ainsi, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Mettre en place et cadencer les évènements liés à la gestion du budget de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information
- Gérer et suivre les événements exceptionnels liés au budget de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information
- Mettre en place les différents éléments permettant la capitalisation de dépenses au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information
- Support à la mise en oeuvre du processus d'Intercos
- Support à la mise en oeuvre du processus d'allocation des coûts aux clients internes
- Est propriétaire des processus financiers & garant de la donnée produite
- Assurer l'acculturation financière des équipes de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information
- Mesurer et Comparer la performance financière de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information
- Garantir la bonne exécution du processus P2P par les équipes de la Direction des Systèmes d'InformationIT Financial Analyst

Your
missions :
As a Financial Analyst in the Information Systems Department, you will define, organize, implement, and monitor the execution of the necessary financial processes within the ISD in collaboration with all stakeholders in this structure, in order to comply with the chosen policy and strategic directions.
Your main tasks will therefore be as follows:
- Setting up and scheduling events related to the management of the Information Systems Department's budget.
- Managing and monitoring exceptional events related to the Information Systems Department's budget.
- Setting up the various elements enabling the capitalization of expenses within the Information Systems Department.
- Supporting the implementation of the Intercos process
- Supporting the implementation of the internal customer cost allocation process
- Owning the financial processes and ensuring the accuracy of the data produced
- Ensuring the financial acculturation of the Information Systems Department teams
- Measuring and comparing the financial performance of the Information Systems Department
- Ensures the proper execution of the P2P process by the Information Systems Department teams
Your
profile :
Required technical skills:
Proficiency in quality management and auditing methods
Ability to determine indicators, develop dashboards, and analyze results
Knowledge of how a pharmaceutical company operates and its regulatory obligations
Fluent English
Behavioral skills:
Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer focus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, persuasiveness and influence.

Maitriser des méthodes de management de la qualité et des audits
Savoir déterminer des indicateurs, élaborer des tableaux de bord et analyser les résultats
Connaissances du fonctionnement d'une entreprise pharmaceutique et de ses obligations réglementaires
Anglais courant
Compétences comportementales :
