The Technology & digital solutions (T&DS) is leading Forvis Mazars digital transformation. We aim at providing Forvis Mazars professionals with a seamless digital experience allowing greater collaboration worldwide in a safe environment. As a result, they'll be empowered to deliver more value to clients every day.
To reach these goals, T&DS transformation programme aims at consolidating the IT operations from a multi-local model spread across 100+ countries into a global model. This includes the infrastructure and the operating model needed to support the business, people and clients now and in the future.

This is a great moment to join the Technology & digital solutions organisation and be part of the delivery of this major transformation over the coming years!- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital workplace strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT roadmaps.
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of Microsoft M365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune and related applications.
- Drive user adoption and engagement through effective communication, training programmes, and support initiatives.
- Oversee digital workplace governance, ensuring compliance with security (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II), privacy, and regulatory requirements (CE+).
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using M365 capabilities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to ensure best-in-class solutions and support.
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital workplace team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on digital workplace performance, adoption metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective change management and communication strategies for digital workplace projects and upgrades.
Le profil recherché
- Proven experience in leading digital workplace transformation within a large, complex organisation.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft M365 ecosystem, including configuration, administration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of digital collaboration tools, user experience principles, and change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic roadmaps and operational plans.
- Experience with IT governance, information security, and compliance relevant to M365 environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving organisational change.
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
