Les missions du poste

Context

The Data Marketing Manager is responsible for the Data Marketing scope as part of the Central Marketing team: as such, your job is to put data at the service of Marketing teams in Younited from all countries and all business lines.

You will support marketing activity by taking care of campaign tracking across the board, centralising intelligence to transform it into actionable recommendations for the Business teams and building bridges with our Data Science, Analytics Engineers & Data Engineers to support the construction of a winning, data-driven marketing strategy.

Your responsibilites

- Ownership of our attribution model and analytics tools (mainly Google Analytics 4) and its integration to the Younited data stack (bridged by Analytics Engineers) to allow for consolidated marketing performance reporting and cost monitoring
- Coordination of our Data Marketing agency (Jellyfish) and our country teams to ensure the implementation of tracking & data collection on all marketing touchpoints & campaigns across all countries in a coherent manner, to monitor customer journeys on the website and the app
- Ownership of our recently-internalised Customer Data Platform in a context of a strategy of product diversification, working with CRM/PRM teams to ensure it is well equipped to respond to our retention and acquisition strategy and liaising with Analytics Engineers for its evolutions & operational maintenance
- Build and ensure delivery of an ambitious roadmap of data projects with regards to Marketing, in close collaboration with internal Data teams listed above and leveraging external providers when relevant
- Steer CRO initiatives coming from Product & Business teams, liaising with the marketing web teams to foster a culture of constant improvement and continuous testing in a coherent global approach

Le profil recherché

- In terms of tools, you are an expert of the Google suite (Analytics 4, Tag Manager, BigQuery) and you have had experience managing a Customer Data Platform
- You have solid experience (5 years at least) in the Data Marketing space, either in an expert agency or in a digital marketing team : marketing experience is a must
- You have a strong business and marketing acumen while you are at ease with complex technical contexts and work closely with engineering teams
- You are an excellent communicator, able to take a step back and communicate efficiently with C-level stakeholders to push decision making in your sense
- You are fluent in English and French
