Join our Performance Marketing team in France as a Marketing Campaign Manager, where you'll play a central role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.

In this role, you'll design and lead marketing programs that speak directly to our audience, whether it's attracting new customers or nurturing and expanding relationships with existing ones. It's a varied and fast-paced position where you'll shape local campaigns in line with both global and national priorities, using your marketing expertise and digital tools to make a real business impact.

This is a hybrid role, based in our Paris office, 3 days a week. Responsabilités principalesWhat you'll do:
You'll be at the heart of developing and executing marketing plans that generate demand and activate key partners. Your plans will align with Sage's broader strategy and commercial goals, ensuring every campaign is purposeful and results-driven.

Working closely with digital teams, you'll coordinate tactics across web, media, and social channels to create cohesive and effective campaigns. You'll also take the lead on specific marketing initiatives, events, and programs tailored to key market segments or regions, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and creativity.

Collaboration is key, especially with our sales teams. You'll ensure leads generated by your campaigns are qualified, relevant, and seamlessly handed over for conversion, bridging the gap between marketing and sales to maximise impact.

You'll keep a close eye on performance by tracking KPIs and reporting on campaign outcomes through tools like CRM, Eloqua, Salesforce, and Power BI. Your insights will help refine future activity and demonstrate clear ROI on your marketing efforts.

What we're Looking For?

Experience with a focus on marketing and a solid foundation in performance marketing. Ideally, you've already dipped your toes into the B2B space, especially within tech, and you're now looking to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic, supportive environment.

A strong understanding of the accountant market or accounting sector is a big plus. More importantly, you bring a business-oriented mindset and a clear focus on customer needs, supported by a strong grasp of CRM systems and digital marketing strategies.

You're comfortable with the full marketing mix, particularly web marketing and lead generation, and have a good feel for data, whether it's segmenting, targeting, or analysing. Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage, too.

Excellent communication is one of your strengths, in both French and English, and you're a natural collaborator who enjoys working with others to bring ideas to life. You're organised, enthusiastic, and ready to make a real impact as part of a fast-moving, ambitious team.
