Les missions du poste

Activity 1: Management of the Contracts for the Jacket, Topside and Transportation and Installation of the OSS for Noirmoutier and Treport projects.

- General management of the Contracts.
- Negotiations with the Contractors on the open Contractual issues.
- Drafting official Contract letters to the Contractors in cooperation with the Package Manager.
- Handling day-to -day questions, concerns and problems from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and follow up of contractual payment schedule and applications for payment with analysis ofcontractual impacts on future commitments and associated risks
- Management and preparation of Contractual documentation related to the achievement of Contractual milestones.
- Ensuring that the Package Manager is fully aware of all the Contracutal obligations and/or commercial impacts of their actions. This includes conducting Contract briefings / audits to assure that all
- Contractual obligations are strictly met by all parties, advising/supporting in responding on the Contractual implications of e.g.proposed changes, variations, queries and assisting pro-actively in the resolution of the issues (e.g. that a proper Change procedure is implemented on the projects and that any Contractual changes that result from change requests are mapped out and accepted by the Contractors).
- Assuring that all Contractual/legal documents are correctly maintained and updated.
- Assisting in monitoring, managing and/or mitigating Contractual risks.
- Following up the Bonds/ guarantees related to the Contract.
- Acting as the Employer's Representative for the contractual topics and questions from Legal department.
- Manage pricing and commercial consequences associated with other contracts, in close collaboration with other Contractual Managers
- Pro-active contract management and claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes for Contract(s).
- Assess impact of technical decisions and consequent actions, defining actions along execution

Activity 2: Claims and Variation Management

- Preparation and update of the Variation and Claims register.
- Preparation of the relevant forms for the internal approval of Contract variations.
- Manage meetings in regard to the open claims and variation with the Contractor, keeping the minutes of the relevant meetings and drafting follow up letters.
- Negotiate open Variation Requests and Claims from the Contractors.
- Preparing, together with the Package Manager, the documentation to be signed for the approved Variations.

Activity 3 Other Taskes

- Support the review of documentation and preparation of reports and Notes
- Preparation of monthly activity reports
