CHEF DE SITE CONSTRUCTION (YARD)
MAIN MISSION
Lead all activities related to the Fabrication (WS Production), Method and Preparation & Warehouse Department.
FABRICATION / PRODUCTION:
Oversee and coordinate of the full Work Shops production from the Raw material laydown area to the Fully completed fabricated items.
Steel structural fabrication
Piping fabrication (CS, SS, duplex, Super duplex...)
Manage the daily operations of an oil and gas fabrication yard, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize commercial efficiencies within the yard.
Manage/supervise yard crews and equipment, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of facilities.
Manage production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
Collaborate with project managers, supply chain, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Ensure the fabrication yard is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of the Company and the Client.

Piping Preparation & Draughting / Piping Isometric drawings
STR drawings

Drawings (Piping isometric / Shop drawings...)

WAREHOUSE:
Oversee and coordinate the activities related to the warehouse and equipment.
The receiving, handling, storage and distribution of goods.
Oversee inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of all warehouse staff to ensure a skilled and productive workforce.
Analyze warehouse performance data to generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with logistic departments to optimize the flow of goods and resolve any logistical issues
Oversee the Storage and preservation of the materials stored in the warehouse
PROFILE
Experience in Fabrication and/or Method (10 years)
Familiarity with certains tools (JC / MTracker / SAP Mobimat) is a plus
Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects,
Skills in project management, technical coordination, and team leadership.
