Poste

As part of the EMEA headquarters, you will support the Licensing team in their day-to-day activities related to business and licensee management. You will work closely with each Licensing Manager to develop brand extension programs across various categories (toys, apparel, FMCG, promotions) and regions within EMEA.

Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):

- Support the commercial team in managing relationships with licensees (initial contact, meeting coordination, follow-ups...)
- Assist the team with licensing contract negotiations (preparing materials, analyzing terms, coordinating with partners...), by coordinating with Legal team
- Maintain and update partner databases, including contracts, contacts, and schedules
- Conduct product benchmarking and competitive market research across key categories (toys, fashion, consumer goods, etc.)
- Monitor key sales indicators (dashboards, tracking reports...)
- Contribute to the planning and execution of business-related events (product launches, brand anniversaries...)
- Provide logistical and communication support for client events
- Participate in the operational organization of events (schedule meetings, update brand decks...)

Profil

- Currently enrolled in master's degree, majoring in Licensing, project management, marketing, and/or sales
- Proficiency with Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High proficiency with English
- Interest in video games, anime, pop culture, retail and consumer products
- Organizational and time management skills
- Multitasking
- Rigorous
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Curious and willing to learn
- Ability to work both within a team and with total independence
- Ability to come up with new ideas, open-mindedness
- Proactive

Additional information

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)

Start date: January / February 2026

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €1,000€ up to €1,200 per month)
