As a Supply Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our buyers and ensuring flawless execution of negotiated hotel offers.

Based in Aix-en-Provence, you'll manage the technical setup, accuracy, and lifecycle of our flash sales, guaranteeing seamless publication and performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create, configure, and validate flash sales in our internal system based on negotiated offers.
- Ensure offer accuracy and compliance before publication, coordinating with Content and Loading teams.
- Provide technical support to Buyers and partners, ensuring smooth production and issue resolution.
- Monitor sales performance and lifecycle, from setup to closure, maintaining updated contracts and stock levels.
- Support the team with market insights, benchmarks, and partner meetings to optimize offer quality.
