A mission-driven culture where performance meets impact. Our innovative campus brings together tech talent, professional athletes, students, and artists, creating an ecosystem where digital innovation drives both business growth and positive change.

We have reached this scale by staying fully independent, fully profitable, and achieving double-digit growth.

As a Product Manager - Shopping, you'll own the end-to-end transactional funnel - from search product page cart checkout payment - and play a key role in driving growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

You'll work at the intersection of Data, Tech, Design, and Sales, translating business priorities and user needs into measurable outcomes that move both the business and customer experience forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Define and own the product vision for the shopping funnel, aligned with company growth and user goals.
- Continuously improve search for relevance, speed, and personalization.
- Optimize product pages for engagement, reassurance, and conversion (storytelling, options, CTAs).
- Deploy personalization at scale through ranking, user preference capture, and journey pre-configuration.
- Champion user experience by simplifying the journey - reducing friction, clicks, and checkout effort.
- Leverage data and experimentation (analytics, cohorts, A/B testing, user research) to drive prioritization and measure impact.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Tech, Design, and Sales to deliver business-aligned, user-centric shopping experiences.
- Act as the internal reference for CRO and e-commerce conversion best practices, up to COMEX level.
