Les missions du poste
We are seeking for an HR officer specialized in International mobility. The profilee must be capable of operating independently within a complex international environment, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Profile
Experience in international mobility, HR operations, project administration, or logistics within Oil & Gas or similar industries.
Good knowledge of international employment regulations, visas, and compliance procedures.
Familiarity with standard office software and mobility-management tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment.
Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
Missions
The services shall be carried out autonomously, under the responsibility of the Project Manager and in coordination with HR, HSE, Logistics, Finance, and Project disciplines.
Mobility & Assignments Management
Coordinate the international assignment cycle for offshore personnel (departure, rotation, return).
Ensure proper validation of assignment conditions: contracts, allowances, travel rules, rotation schedules.
Manage visa and work-permit applications with relevant authorities and agencies.
Monitor medical fitness requirements, offshore certifications, and compliance with client specifications.
Travel, Logistics & Onboarding Coordination
Arrange international travel, accommodation, and site access for offshore teams.
Prepare and issue mobilization packs (travel plans, instructions, compliance documents).
Coordinate with logistics teams for helicopter/boat transfers and offshore boarding requirements.
Ensure employees are properly briefed before departure and debriefed upon return.
Administrative & Contractual Follow-up
Prepare and update assignment letters, contracts, and compliance documents.
Maintain mobility databases and ensure accuracy of personnel movement records.
Liaise with payroll, tax, and finance teams regarding expatriation rules and allowances.
Support audits and reporting related to international mobility and offshore manpower planning.
Interface with Stakeholders
Act as the focal point for expatriates, offshore supervisors, and project managers.
Coordinate with HSE for training, safety requirements, and offshore survival certifications.
Interface with clients on mobility-related compliance and documentation.
Skills
Solid understanding of international mobility processes, expatriation frameworks, and offshore HR constraints.
Knowledge of Oil & Gas operational environments and offshore rotation practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with multiple interlocutors.
Excellent command of technical English - written and spoken.
