Within the Development Department, the division of our client is responsible for developing and maintaining all digital applications related to customer interactions for a major international transport and mobility group.
As part of the rollout of a continuous improvement program, the organization is strengthening its teams and is seeking a a PMO / DevOps, Reliability & security to assist the Program Lead in driving strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Program Lead, the PMO / Epic Owner will contribute to the coordination, monitoring, and execution of transformation initiatives.
Main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive):
Strategic Steering & Transformation Support
Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives around DevOps, application monitoring, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations on transformation topics.
Produce operational documentation, process guidelines, and procedural presentations for key project phases.
Act as Epic Owner for DevOps-related streams.
Performance Monitoring & Communication
Track and analyze program KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with the program objectives.
Manage cross-team communication between GroupDev and the program stakeholders.
Maintain and update the program's SharePoint site for documentation and communication.
Team & Working Environment
Core team: approx. 5 people
Program: 40-60 contributors
Multicultural and cross-functional environment
Onsite presence: 1-2 days per week
Le profil recherché
Required Technical Skills
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development life cycles, and operational environments.
Good knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and deployment workflows.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools, ideally Dynatrace.
Strong awareness of system reliability challenges (SRE mindset).
Strong sensitivity to IT compliance, security, and regulatory topics.
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Wiki, Service Now
Soft Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset.
Ability to work transversally with multiple teams.
Comfortable interacting with technical teams, architects, product teams, and senior stakeholders.
Autonomous, organized, and able to drive topics end-to-end.
