Your Main Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

- Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy).
- Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria.

Client Engagement & Follow-Up

- Schedule and lead discovery meetings.
- Understand prospects' needs and challenges.
- Demonstrate the added value of our services.

Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff

- Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch.
- Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs.

Your Profile

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
- Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Active listening and proactive mindset.
- Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships.
