Within the Development Department, the division of our client is responsible for developing and maintaining all digital applications related to customer interactions for a major international transport and mobility group.

As part of the rollout of a continuous improvement program, the organization is strengthening its teams and is seeking a PMO - Supplier & Contract Management, with a strong focus on supplier coordination, contract lifecycle governance, and community leadership.

Supplier Management & Contract Governance

This position is dedicated primarily to supplier-related activities, including:

Steering initiatives involving software suppliers (SaaS, COTS, technical vendors).

Structuring and improving contract governance processes.

Leading a community of Dev Contract Managers across GroupDev to ensure consistency in supplier management practices.

Supporting alignment between technical teams, procurement, legal, and vendor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supplier & Contract Initiatives

Lead and support projects related to contract lifecycle management, supplier governance, and SaaS/COTS integration.

Ensure alignment on supplier-related processes, compliance expectations, and governance models.

Serve as point of coordination between Product/Dev teams and vendor stakeholders.

Community Leadership

Animate, structure, and facilitate a community of Dev Contract Managers.

Promote best practices in contract & vendor management across teams.

Organize workshops, knowledge exchanges, and alignment sessions across domains.

Program Steering & Communication

Produce operational documentation, workflows, and procedural presentations.

Monitor KPIs and OKRs related to supplier performance and contract governance.

Maintain the program SharePoint site and ensure consistent program communication.

Le profil recherché

Technical Knowledge

General understanding of software development and IT project environments.

Familiarity with SaaS/COTS software models and supplier relationship management.

Awareness of IT compliance, regulation, and contract constraints.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Wiki, Service Now

Soft Skills

Confirmed/experienced profile with strong transversal leadership.

Proven ability to lead communities and engage diverse stakeholder groups.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and writing skills.

Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.

Critical and creative mindset to challenge processes and drive improvement.

Strong interest in digital transformation, continuous improvement, and change management.

Key Differentiating Requirement

Proven experience in Supplier/Vendor Management
(Ideal background: Vendor Manager, Supplier Manager, PMO with strong supplier-facing responsibilities)
