Purpose and sustainability Aligned with L'Oréal for the Future and Vichy's Sustainability & Social manifesto, Vichy is accelerating its sustainability transformation. Through the Brand Cause, we aim to generate positive, concrete, and measurable impact for beneficiaries across our markets.
Key responsibilities
- Brand Cause global deployment- Support the launch in new countries and drive advancement in countries that launched in 2024.
- Ensure the rollout of webinar trainings in partnership with local NGOs (planning, content alignment, attendance followup).
- Develop a longterm activation strategy with institutions/NGOs using a testandlearn approach to reach more beneficiaries.
- Content and activation- Create social media and activation assets on the sustainability pillars of new product launches and on the Brand Cause (toolkits, key messages, market guidelines).
- Partner with Communications & PR to contribute to the Vichy Sustainability & Social manifesto and its rollouts.
- Market & consumer insight- Build consumer centricity within the Brand Cause by decoding women's expectations at the major stages of their lives (insight collection, synthesis, actionable recommendations).
- Operational excellence and collaboration- Demonstrate rigor, agility, and attention to detail across two project streams: Sustainability and Brand Cause.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with DMI, international product managers, country product managers, and the Corporate Responsibility team.
- Measurement and improvement- Set up KPIs and dashboards (reach, engagement, beneficiaries, training quality) and propose optimization plans.

Profile we're looking for
- Master's level student (Business/Engineering/University), seeking a 6month endofstudies internship with a school agreement.
- Strong interest in sustainability, social impact, and dermatology/skin health.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus) and comfortable in an international context.
- Skills- Project management (planning, stakeholder coordination, deliverable tracking).
- Consumer and market insight (collection, analysis, synthesis, recommendations).
- Content and social media (briefing, messaging, activation toolkits; ability to collaborate with agencies).
- Crossfunctional collaboration (DMI, countries, Corporate Responsibility, Comms/PR).
- Proficiency with Office tools (PowerPoint for storytelling; Excel for KPI/reporting).
- Soft skills- Innovative, creative, solutionsoriented.
