Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 245 offices worldwide.- Develop a Document Management Plan (DMP) describing how the project documentation will be coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor and supervise the document control functions of the Contractors and ensure the DMP requirements are met and the document control procedures are followed on time and to the required standards.

- Monitor the correct set up, maintenance and end do end document management of the Owner's EDMS, (Electronic Document Management System) to capture, track and ensure the close-out of all comments raised by technical reviews such as constructability review, design review etc.

- Determine and quote the EDMS service costs for project budgeting

- Drafting and executing the project implementation plan

- Determining the requirements for project site set-up

- Setting up and functional delivery of the project site structure

- Adding and granting access and usage rights to the user per project

- Designing, setting up and maintaining project workflows (e.g. purchasing, invoicing, RFI, Change Management, Document control, etc.)

- Providing Service Desk services to internal customers

- Training project teams and users (user training and communication)

- Testing any upgrades regarding the system

- Managing the document flow

- Providing quality control

- Managing the internal financial administration (assignment, invoicing, etc.)

- Deliver project document control against project procedures for internal, and external design and vendor documents, and projects correspondence

- Comply with the Company Records Management for Controlled and not Controlled documents

- Project filing and archiving and handover preparation

- Paper and electronic document flow within project team, and from/to contractors or vendors

- Support the use of document team working areas for uncontrolled documents and informal sharing

- Support the Doc Control System and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Prepare document performance reports (status, progress and forecast)

- Facilitate the document closeout process and remove roadblocks to closing out all defined documentation.
