The Ponticelli Frères Group is recruiting for its International Division. You will be involve in construction projects and/or industrial maintenance activities.
You would like to develop your experience as a Project Engineer (M/F) and take part in the transformation of the world in a family group that works to provide people with what they will always need: energy, health, water, food and safety, with sincere respect for the planet and its employees.
We invite you to join us on a permanent contract. The position is based in Émerainville (77).
The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities:
1/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT
prepare the tender according to the hierarchy;
participate in the review of the contract or order;
monitor the project budget and all expenditure generated by the parties involved and for which he/she is responsible;
analyse the profitability of the project, item by item throughout the progress of the work, then analysing and taking action in the event of deviations;
inform the customer of technical or progress deviations through its Project Manager;
approve, submit and obtain approval for additional work from the customer via its Project Manager;
prepare the customer's invoices via its Project Manager;
participe with the Project Manager in reporting project progress to management (safety, quality, cost, schedule).
2/ PROJECT EXECUTION
take part in project meetings with the client and internal meetings ; supervise the preparation of the work;
communicate project objectives (safety, quality, cost, schedule);
analyse physical progress, ensure schedule compliance and propose measures in the event of deviations;
identify and validate personnel, equipment, subcontracting and purchase the requirements;
draw up tender offers and purchase orders;
recommend the subcontractors;
monitor subcontracting work;
monitor purchase orders from subcontractors and suppliers and validate invoicing;
ensure the technical and administrative validity of documents;
ensure that any reservations are lifted and that final acceptance takes place;
participate in feedback;
carry out supplier evaluations at the end of the project ;
drafting the end-of-project report.
3/ MANAGEMENT
supervise the operational management and support departments work under his instructions;
check timesheets before passing them on to the relevant departments;
take part in management meetings and managing all information.
Frequent international travel or assignments are required (long-distance travel).
Le profil recherché
With a Master's degree in engineering, you have 3 to 5 years' experience in the oil industry.
You are dynamic and organised, with good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
A professional level of English is required for this position.
