We are looking for our future intern for January 2026 for a period of 6 months.

You will be responsible for securing the back office of the psychosocial risk prevention and compliance policy (internal investigations).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

DUERP - RPS management and monitoring

- Participate in updating the DUERP-RPS database (risks, measures, priorities, deadlines, responsible parties).
- Participate in the DUERP-RPS digitisation project (tool integration, creation of a group risk database, prevention actions, etc.).
- Consolidate indicators (progress of actions, completion rates, deadlines, unit coverage).
- Contribute to the preparation of committees.
- Participate in the creation of documentation (processes, FAQs, training materials).

Support for internal surveys

- Prepare survey files (interview grids, analysis matrices, etc.).
- Manage interview logistics.
- Ensure document traceability and secure archiving on the ethics & compliance platform.
- Propose corrective actions (managerial communication, QWL, etc.) and monitor their implementation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

- Currently enrolled in a Master's 1 or 2 programme in Occupational Psychology, HR Management or Labour Law,
- You have initial professional experience through an internship or work-study programme,
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT tools in general,
- You have intermediate/fluent English skills.
- You are discreet, rigorous, situationally intelligent and have good analytical skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
