Les missions du poste

Liebherr-Mining Equipment Colmar SAS produit une large gamme de pelles minières hydrauliques avec des poids en ordre de marche de 100 à 800 tonnes avec des capacités de godet allant jusqu'à 47,5 m³.Key Accountabilities :
* Analyze and clarify the needs of users, internal and external customers.
* Develop and maintain product backlog items of the Autonomous Haulage System to be queued for development
* In collaboration with product management, architect and development teams, prioritize the development sequence for the product backlog.
* Translate approved functional requirements into actionable tasks and work packages for development team execution.
* Drive and set expectation of value and features to be delivered as part of the scrum / sprint planning process.
* Ensure the product release content and dates are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Safety, Cybersecurity and Compliance to ensure product understanding
* Follow-up product integration, validation, and deployment to ensure it meets business and functional requirements and to collect feedbacks from users.
* International travels are required, particularly in the United States and Austalia.

Key Performance Indicators:
* Product Business and Functional requirements coverage ratio
* Improvement opportunities identified and solution proposals documented.
* Deliverables are within scope and achieve functionality, reliability, and cost objectives/standards.
* Work packages, epics & user stories are clear, actionable and understood by relevant stakeholders.
* Development team is fully briefed and aware of relevant notifications.
* Effective communications and knowledge transfer across all stakeholders
* Resolve or escalate disputes/concerns in a timely manner.
* Feedback from relevant Operational/Divisional Key Stakeholders

Le profil recherché

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics or Engineering or experience in Mining environment.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Product Owner or Product Manager role.
* Strong working knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum / SAFe)
* Product Ownership certification would be a plus
* Extensive experience in specifying and implementing work packages for development of complex software solutions.
* Experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap.
* Technical background with knowledge of software development and embedded technologies
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence
* Willing to discover and learn about mining operations, fleet management and autonomous haulage systems
* Excellent communication and collaborations skills, both technical and non-technical.
* Full professional proficiency in English
* Ability to travel internationally
