We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager for our ambitious, fast growing team in Gennevilliers, Île-de-France. Working in the Delivery Operations team you take a leading role in developing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in our fleet operations, ensuring the highest vehicle availability whilst managing cost, quality and safety.

You will help the Ground-Operations teams realize their improvement opportunities and take the lead on complex issues with unknown root causes. You will do this by collecting and analyzing data, diagnosing and monitoring operational processes and bringing this all together into solutions that will improve the day-to-day work of our Logistics operational teams.

You will raise a company-wide awareness of our Operational Excellence (OpEx) strategy and you engage people from multiple departments, promoting a culture of change, whilst expanding our OpEx network.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to have lasting impact in all areas of operations, whilst advancing in the area of Operational Excellence.

This is how you'll make an impact:

- Be solely responsible for supervising the daily operations of our refrigerated fleet in France, consisting of approximately 250 vehicles;
- Ensure that all vehicles comply with current regulations and safety standards;
- Adjust the number of vehicles by anticipating variations in volume and fleet availability;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose more efficient solutions;
- Maintain a high level of quality in the delivery fleet (monitoring performance indicators, proper use of vehicles by delivery drivers, vehicle maintenance and wear history, costs, etc.);
- Develop a structured commercial relationship with van rental companies in order to effectively monitor performance and establish long-lasting, reliable, and high value-added partnerships with the various stakeholders;
- Implement a national vehicle claims management system and accident reduction measures.
- Be part of an international team of 3 Fleet Managers and 2 Internal Mechanics, based in the Netherlands and Belgium;
- Negotiate new terms and conditions with our leasing partners.
