We are seeking an HR BUSINESS PARTNER to deliver the services outlined in this specification.

Mission:

The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing and implementing core HR processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting the company's operations within the Energy sector. This role focuses on maximizing workforce efficiency and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee workforce planning and employee performance management.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

Profile:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
- Experience with organizational planning and workforce coordination in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in managing HR documentation and reporting.
- Adept at handling employee compensation, benefits, and compliance tasks.
- Background in coordinating recruitment processes and training programs.

Software:

- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) or payroll management tools.

General familiarity with standard office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite).
