YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS STORE MANAGER

In this role, you will manage our new store in a renowned outlet center. Together with your team, you will ensure excellent service, an inspiring shopping experience, and strong team spirit.

Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers

Analyze sales KPIs and implement revenue-driving actions

Maintain visual merchandising according to brand standards

Handle returns and customer complaints

Lead, coach, and develop the store team

Workforce planning and recruitment for open positions

Oversee cash processes, security standards, and daily operations

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, including at least 1 year in a managerial role

Passion for customer service and client advising

Strong ability to motivate and develop people

Analytical mindset and clear communication (German required, English a plus)

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and stress resilience
