Les missions du poste

As a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Workday reporting solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for both operational support (run) and project management to enhance our reporting and data analysis capabilities. You will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective and relevant Workday solutions. An understanding of core HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) is essential.

As part of the Corporate Systems Department, you will be reporting to the Workday Product Manager and will join a team of 5 Workday experts. Your main responsibility will be to handle the configuration and user support of the HCM modules.

This is an exciting and diverse role involving many responsibilities!What you will do:

- Ability to translate HR business needs to design and develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics (composed, calculated, etc.) for HR
- Maintain custom reports and dashboards and documentation for reports and associated processes
- Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes
- Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production
- Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements
- Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users
- Build audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them
- Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modules.
- Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support
- Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday team
- Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training
- Conduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referents
- Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions)

Le profil recherché

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting
- Significant experience in designing, developing and deploying Workday report (composed, calculated, matrixed...)
- Previous exposure to Performance, Talent and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory
- You're a true explorer: Workday Community has no secret for you!
- A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain confidential information
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an international environment
- A customer service mindset and approach
