Poste
Part of the Sales department, you will directly report to the Senior Sales Director. You will have two main responsibilities:
- Develop sales with key pure players as well as the sales from the e-commerce websites of our toy retailers
- Increase the visibility of Bandai across all the digital landscape
Your missions will include (non-exhaustive list):
E-commerce Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key E-commerce platforms and partners (Amazon, Cdiscount, etc.)
- Build and implement strategies to increase sales through E-commerce channels
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Digital Marketing and E-commerce Operation
- Collaborate closely with the Toy Marketing team and Premium Bandai team to ensure strategic alignment and execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Manage the company's presence on digital platforms including Bandai websites, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels
Profil
- 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce, and management of key accounts - especially Amazon - within an international context
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of channels and customers dynamics to improve the quality of our commercial propositions
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Expert in building synergy and driving cross-team cooperation
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt their communication style depending on the stakeholders
- Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini 69009 Lyon, FRANCE (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract: full-time (permanent)

Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation
