In this role, you will be a key part of our team in our new store located in a renowned outlet center. You will contribute to delivering excellent service, an inspiring shopping experience, and a positive team atmosphere.

Your responsibilities:

Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers

Provide personalized service and styling advice

Support with sales KPIs by actively engaging with customers

Maintain visual merchandising according to brand standards

Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries

Process transactions and follow cash handling procedures

Support daily store operations and uphold security and cleanliness standards

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service

Passion for customer service and client advising

Analytical mindset and clear communication (German required, English a plus)

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and stress resilience
