About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel Intern to join our Legal Department and support the team across a wide range of legal and compliance matters related to our mobility activities.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop your legal skills in an international and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on topics such as consumer law, business law, contract law, GDPR, and digital law.
- Draft legal memos, summaries, and internal training or support materials.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (NDAs, service contracts, amendments, DPAs, etc.).
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Free2move's operations.
- Support compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, consumer protection).
- Provide administrative and organizational support in litigation and debt recovery (preparing case files, organizing documentation).
- Help manage internal legal tools (contract database, document archiving, deadline tracking).

Your Profile

- Master's degree student in Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law, or related field.
- A strong command of French , English and German is essential for this position.
- Interest in mobility, innovation, and digital services.
- Organized, rigorous, proactive, and collaborative.
