We are supporting one of our clients - a fast-growing European fintech scale-up - in hiring a Paid Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their Growth Marketing team.

You will join a team of two, with a major challenge: internalizing acquisition activities previously handled by agencies, in the context of strong company growth.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and technology. You'll run large-scale multi-channel campaigns and build advanced measurement frameworks to optimize acquisition across several European markets.

Annual media budget managed: €5M

Responsibilities

40% - Channel Management

- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (40% of budget), DV360 (40%), Meta, and emerging channels (20%).
- Optimize key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, LTV.
- Support multi-market operations across France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Sweden.

40% - Analytics

- Build and maintain full-funnel performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful strategies.
- Develop attribution models and multi-touch measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with Finance and Data teams on budget modeling and performance forecasting.
- Operate within platform and market constraints while maximizing performance.

20% - Tracking & Measurement

- Implement and manage tracking infrastructure via Google Tag Manager (pixels, events, conversion tracking).
- Ensure reliable and compliant tracking across all channels and markets.
- Work closely with Analytics to ensure data integrity for reporting and optimization.

Le profil recherché

What We're Looking For

Required:

- 3-5 years' experience in performance marketing or growth, ideally in tech or consumer app environments
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CVR
- Experience managing budgets of at least €1M per year across multiple acquisition channels
- Experience fixing attribution issues and creating robust attribution models to accurately measure channel performance.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting systems
- Technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager and ability to implement tracking pixels, custom events, and conversion tracking

Nice to have

- Experience working with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) and understanding of web-to-app tracking challenges
- Strong quantitative background (math, statistics, economics, data science, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical testing and experimentation frameworks
- SQL skills
