The Technical Support Team Leader (F/M) is responsible for coordinating all support activities related to services on SCE (Sartorius Chromatography Equipment) products : Support, SAT, IQ/OQ, maintenance, automatisme.

- Attributes and delegates technical resquests, ensure timely management and documentation of requests in appropriate systems

- Manage operational technical support indicators and generates monthly report

- Establishes and maintains interdepartmental relationships to ensure optimal collaboration for the proper management of requests
