Your responsibilities will span two areas: one related to the group cost center, and the other focused on country activity monitoring.

Group Cost (Carl) Responsibilities:

- Support the budget process in collaboration with controllers managing budgets, forecasts, landing estimates, and actuals.
- Analyse and standardise general ledgers and cost control.
- Improve procedures and documentation.
- Implement automated reporting tailored to budget holder's requirements.
- Perform analytical coding of invoices using the Yooz invoice digitisation tool.
- Enhance tools such as Yooz, TM1, and Power BI.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects: tracking strategic investment envelopes, automating reporting analyses, and monitoring travel expense reports.

Country Activity Monitoring Responsibilities:

- Participate in forecasts and budgets and analyse results.
- Analyse and benchmark data reported by countries.
- Formalise and improve procedures.
- Improve reporting and visualisation tools (TM1, Power BI).
- Support countries in using the Group reporting tool, TM1.

- Master's level student (Bac +4/5) from a top business school, specialising in Management Control / Finance.
- Self-reflection, humility and team spirit
- Strong management culture, recognised for analytical skills, synthesis ability, and strategic thinking.
- Rigorous, organised, and autonomous - key assets for this role.
- Motivated to grow within a high-profile, fast-developing group where human values are central.
- Excellent command of office tools: Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of TM1 / Power Bi is a plus.
