Les missions du poste
Au sein du service R&D du Campus Ceva Smart Solutions Ecat-iD (Landivisiau, Finistère), vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable de Laboratoire de Biochimie Analytique et au Responsable Recherche et Développement.
Vous intégrerez le laboratoire de biochimie analytique et contribuerez à la mise en place de moyens de mesure innovants, au développement de nouvelles méthodes d'échantillonnage, d'analyse à haut débit et à la découverte/validation de biomarqueurs.
Vos missions :
- Développer des méthodes d'analyse qualitative/quantitative en matrice biologique complexe,
- Participer à la découverte et à la validation de biomarqueurs,
- Réaliser la préparation des échantillons, les analyses, puis interpréter les résultats,
- Contribuer aux opérations de maintenance des équipements analytiques,
- Participer à la rédaction de documents techniques (brevets, publications, rapports, protocoles).Analytical Biochemistry Engineer

Within the R&D department at the Ceva Smart Solutions Ecat-iD Campus (Landivisiau, Finistère), you will report to the Analytical Biochemistry Laboratory Manager and the Research and Development Manager. You will join the analytical biochemistry laboratory and contribute to implementing innovative measurement tools, developing new sampling and high-throughput analysis methods, and discovering/validating biomarkers.
Your missions :
- Develop qualitative/quantitative analysis methods in complex biological matrices,
- Participate in biomarker discovery and validation,
- Prepare samples, perform analyses, and interpret results,
- Contribute to the maintenance of analytical equipment,
- Assist in drafting technical documents (patents, publications, reports, protocols).
Required skills :
- Experience in an analytical biochemistry laboratory,
- Handling various biological matrices (blood, urine, biological tissues, etc.) and sample preparation,
- Expertise in mass spectrometry (with or without liquid chromatography coupling/diverse ionization modes),
- Knowledge of spectroscopic methods,
- Familiarity with targeted, untargeted, quantitative, and omics approaches,
- Basic programming skills (Python/R),
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Master's degree (Bac +5)
Training in biochemistry/analytical chemistry

Formation en biochimie / chimie analytique
Compétences techniques :
- Expérience en laboratoire de biochimie analytique,
- Manipulation de matrices biologiques diverses (sang, urine, tissus biologiques, etc.) et préparation d'échantillons,
- Expertise en spectrométrie de masse (avec ou sans couplage chromatographie liquide/divers modes d'ionisation),
- Connaissances en méthodes spectroscopiques,
- Familier des approches ciblées, non ciblées, quantitatives, omiques,
- Base de programmation (Python/R),
- Aptitudes en anglais (oral et écrit).
