Manpower Cabinet de Recrutement LILLE TERTIAIRE recherche pour son client, un acteur du secteur du BTP, un Manager regional Finance (H/F) Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will oversee financial operations, strategy, and reporting across Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia, Benelux, Italy, Romania, Morocco). The Regional Finance Manager role combines regional oversight with direct responsibility for one key country ( France or Germany), including managing a local team and supporting finance professionals across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a financial advisor to regional leadership, delivering insights to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis aligned with strategic objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial/statutory reporting, compliance with GAAP/GPS standards, and tax regulations.
- Manage FP\&A processes: monthly reporting, annual budgets, quarterly reviews, and rolling forecasts.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and cash flow management, optimizing working capital and investments.
- Monitor capital expenditure projects and assess performance against budgets.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within finance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a high-performance culture across the finance team.
- Collaborate closely with the Group CFO and Head of Group Finance to optimize regional performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Western Europe accounting standards.
- Experience in project-based/contract accounting.
- Previous role as Regional Finance Manager or Head of Finance in Western Europe.
- Proven leadership and change management skills.
- Familiarity with software implementation (advantageous).
- High integrity, strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Engineering or business services sector experience (desirable).

Working Conditions
- Full-time (5 days/week).
- Location: France (59-Saint Amand Les Eaux) or Germany (Wendelstein ? Nurnberg).
