La mission
Le Wagon is looking for a dynamic and strategicProgram and Campus Assistantto be the right hand of the Campus Director in leading the growth and operations of our Paris campus. This role is central to our local development and community presence, with a strong emphasis onculture building. As Campus Director Assistant, you'll be in charge of creating an inspiring campus culture.
Your role will be as follows:
Program Coordination (60%)
- Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and communication with teachers and teaching assistants
- Keep our internal tools up to date (Notion, Slack, Airtable)
- Support the onboarding of new batches and help manage certification sessions
- Collaborate with the teaching and ops teams to improve processes and enhance the learning journey
Student Experience & Campus Operations (30%)
- Welcome students, teachers, and guests every day and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Help organize key training moments: quizzes, pitches, reboot sessions, demo daysand celebrations
- Support student well-being and motivation throughout the bootcamp
- Manage campus logistics: opening/closing, supplies, snacks, deliveries, and maintenance
- Make sure our spaces look great, our Wi-Fi runs fast, and our vibes stay high
Events & Community (10%)
- Organize campus events:tech talks, afterworks, yoga sessions, team socials
- Help coordinate logistics for internal and public events (demo day, meetups, company visits)
- Actively contribute to building a fun, connected, and inspiring campus culture

Your profile:
- You are a Master's student (M1/M2) or you have a first internship experience (6 months)
- A first experience in office management or in the education industry are a plus
- You are fluentin French & English
- You are organized, proactive, and people-oriented
- You are a great communicator who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- You are curious about tech, education, and startups
- You are comfortable learning new tools (Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Airtable)
- You are ready to bring positive energy and make things happen
