Les missions du poste

Job Summary

Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for operational and strategic performance.

Your Missions: Become the Social Commerce Maestro

1. Growth & Affiliate (The Sales Engine)

- Identify and onboard top creators for high-performance collaborations.
- Manage sample shipments and track content impact on GMV.
- Engage with affiliates to build communities loyal to the brands.
- Create briefs for creators to ensure quality messaging and videos.

2. Operational Shop Management

- Optimize the product catalog (product pages, TikTok SEO, new SKUs).
- Monitor logistics and stock levels to ensure a flawless customer experience.

3. TikTok Ads & Promotions Coordination

- Support the management of TikTok Shop-specific Ads.
- Execute action plans during key commercial moments (Black Friday, Summer Sales, etc.).

4. Actionable Data & Reporting

- Daily monitoring of key KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, ROI).
- Produce clear, concise reports for our major clients.

Who We're Looking For: Business Mindset & Agility

We're not just looking for an intern - we're looking for a future expert who can level up fast.

- Education: Business School or Master's (final year or second part of a gap year).
- Mindset: You are resourceful, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
- Data-Driven: You're very comfortable with numbers and have excellent analytical skills.
- Communication: Responsive, proactive in client calls, and able to structure your ideas clearly.
- Languages: Fluent French and English (essential for our US clients).
- Bonus: Prior experience in an agency or directly at TikTok is a plus.
