Lesaffre achieves a turnover of 3 billion euros.Lesaffre is looking for a Head of Design Authority Architect to support our Architecture, Cyber & Data Governance Director to accelerate Lesaffre's impact across industries. This position requires working closely with internal stakeholders and corporate partners to faster the introduction of Enterprise Architecture Methodology, Guidelines & Governance in regards of our subsidiaritys concept (until today decentralized & entrepreneurial organization for Digital & IT solutions).

As Head of Design Authority Architecture, you will beresponsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and compliance of all technical solutions delivered across IT projects.

You will act as the guardian of architectural integrity, ensuring that every design decision aligns with enterprise architecture principles, target architecture, and strategic objectives.

You will work also on roadmap to define standard (regalian or selected) from the Group and way to converge across the organization (region, country, Business units).

Your key responsibilities will be:

Architecture Governance:

- Organize the Architecture s committee
- Ensure that project solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy.
- Review and validate architecture deliverables (HLDs, LLDs, solution designs, security assessments).
- Lead & Participate in Architecture Review Boards (Design Authority Boards) and document key decisions.

Solution Design & Project Support:

- Support project teams in designing application, data, and infrastructure architectures.
- Identify cross-domain impacts and ensure interoperability between systems.
- Recommend architectural patterns, frameworks, and technologies that align with enterprise standards.

Architecture Framework & Standards:

- Contribute to maintaining the enterprise architecture repository (patterns, guidelines, blueprints).
- Define and evolve the target architecture roadmap in collaboration with domain architects.
- Promote reuse and standardization across projects.

Quality Control & Risk Management:

- Conduct design reviews prior to project implementation.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation or remediation plans.
- Maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to track and justify key design choices.

Communication & Advisory Role:

- Act as a trusted advisor to project managers, product owners, and development teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and security stakeholders.
- Promote architectural best practices and continuous improvement across the IT organization.

Le profil recherché

You have :

- A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and technology leadership roles.
- A proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect, Technical Lead, or Technology Authority.
- Certifications preferred: Azure/AWS/GCP Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or Cloud/DevOps certifications.
- A proven experience across multiple infrastructure domains: cloud, on-premise, network, security, workplace, storage, identity, and observability.
- A strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- An expertise in automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Some knowledge of IT security frameworks, resilience, and disaster recovery practices.
- Some familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices and modern service management (ITIL 4).
- A Fluent English (additional European languages especially French are an asset)
