Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.For our Europe Regional Office - South Europe in Marseille, starting at the earliest date possible, we are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst.

YOUR ROLE:

The Regional Marketing Data Analyst for South Europe reports to the Regional Commercial & Sales team, driving business strategy by delivering automated reporting, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations. By aligning cross-functional teams, supporting leadership, and proactively monitoring performance, the role directly enhances CMA CGM's commercial impact and operational excellence.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Develop and automate reporting tools and dashboards; ensure timely updates of the regional deck (monthly) and GEN weekly report; track KPIs, revenue, and project metrics, reporting insights to senior management.
- Analyze business performance and market dynamics to identify improvement opportunities, quantify external impacts (e.g., price volatility, regulations), and support strategic adjustments.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support business growth and commercial strategy; present findings to stakeholders and contribute to customer engagement.
- Assist GM & CCO in updating country decks; coordinate seminars/workshops with team support across lines and agencies.
- Raise alerts at the regional level to CCO and Business Development; monitor VAS and BS performance for the region; act as focal point for TRANSAT.
- Collaborate closely with the intermodal regional manager and regional/local teams to ensure alignment, track progress, and support business initiatives.
- Design and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous process improvement.
- Produce regular updates to facilitate better follow-up of North European markets.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Postgraduate degree in Business/Engineering
- 5+ yrs shipping/logistics experience
- International/multimarket exposure
- SQL, databases, data visualization, Excel proficiency
- Fluent English and French, other EU language a plus
- Proactive, results-driven team player
- Strong organizational/interpersonal skills
