S&Op - Industrial Planning Manager - Overseas Plants H/F - Les Colettes

Thai Union is deeply committed to innovation, having recently opened a global innovation center in Bangkok, and to responsible and sustainable business practices as a founding member of the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF).We are looking for an S&OP / Planning Manager to ensure product availability from our overseas plants while balancing stock levels, costs and operational efficiency. The role is key in coordinating markets, factories and suppliers within an international Supply Chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the S&OP process and production planning for overseas plants
- Build and validate production plans considering plant constraints and safety stock targets
- Optimize plant capacity, resources and workload
- Lead monthly Supply Reviews with plants and procurement teams
- Manage finished goods and raw material stock policies
- Monitor and communicate Supply Chain KPIs (stock levels, service level, forecast accuracy)
- Ensure data quality in planning tools (Futurmaster)
- Coordinate innovation and renovation projects with cross-functional teams
- Support planning tool implementation projects
- Manage and develop a team of 2 planners
- Act as back-up to the Sourcing & Planning Director

Education & Experience

- Master's degree (Engineering or Business School)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain
- Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, sales forecasting and/or production planning
- Proven experience with ERP / MRP / MPS systems
- Fluent in English and French
