Your opportunity
Act as the technical sales interface between the Spare Parts product line and the Regions. Provide expert support to regional sales teams, facilitate the ramp-up of new products, and contribute to the growth of the Spare Parts business all while fostering collaboration and alignment within the matrix organization.
Your Mission
- Provide technical expertise on Spare Parts products to support regional sales teams, both existing and newly introduced.
- Work closely with Product Management and Pricing to ensure offers are positioned effectively and competitively.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical documentation to enable regional sales success.
- Identify customer needs and relay structured feedback to improve product design, offer strategy, and market fit.
- Promote new product launches and track adoption and ramp-up in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance of key offers and propose corrective actions when needed, in close collaboration with PA Leads.
- Contribute to the creation of sales tools, playbooks, and business cases to support global consistency.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in after-sales or production plant environments.
High technical knowledge of Sidel products and complete line equipment.
Excellent reactivity, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy, and motivational skills.
Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
