Your Role:

Automation and digitalization are becoming key elements to meet the new challenges and expectations in the Life Science Science industry. In this context, BioMonitoring Innovation & Product Life Cycle Management is recruiting an R&D Service Engineer.

We are looking for an engineer specialized in developing services for benchtop instruments and automated machines. You will be responsible for developing service-related features, validation (IQ/OQ), and maintenance/repair contents in a GxP context. You will specify these features, monitoring their development, and validating them.

You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure that our service needs are addressed while interacting with our technical and marketing experts. Finally, you will be responsible for developing training programs for our Service engineers.

You will be part of a multi-site group and work on various projects. The position is based in Molsheim and requires flexibility for travels.

Who You Are:

- Engineering degree or master's in systems engineering, automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with suppliers and external integrators.
- Proven experience in R&D, service engineering, or technical support for instruments and/or automated machines.
- Knowledge of service for benchtop instruments and/or automated machines (Robotics and IIoT is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
